Customer Service Agent. Job opening for a Customer Service Agent. Job description: Provide excellent customer service in a busy environment with a high volume of incoming and outgoing queries, service requests and complaints. Responsible for customers queries ensuring resolutions are followed up on. Following procedures and protocols at all times in relation to resolution of queries. Working to daily and weekly KPIs. Requirements: 2+ years Customer Service experience from retail, sales, call centres or other relevant customer service environments. Flexibility and dedication to work. Interest in technology with good IT skills. Excellent communication and people skills. Personable with excellent telephone manner and excellent written grammar.
