Our client is an extremely well established Retailer with over 100 stores across Ireland and the UK. They are looking for a hardworking, dedicated Duty Manager to join their team to take over their Limerick. Salary: 30-35k. Contract: Full time, 48 hours. Skills required: Managerial experience is a must. Must have excellent People Management skills. Must be target focused and career driven. Must be fully flexible and have the ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to use their own initiative. Duties and Responsibilities: - Must be confident in analysing reports to make commercial decisions to increase store profits. - Must drive sales, achieve targets and KPI's, while filtering this throughout the team. - Must deliver exceptional customer service and all times while leading by example. - Must be able to travel to other stores in the region. - Must communicate efficiently and effectively with Senior Management. - Must train, develop and motivate the team on a daily basis. - Must continuously educate the team on product knowledge and brand values.
