Our client, a leading manufacturing multinational, based in West Co. Limerick are now recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their finance team to work on a temporary contract. Job Purpose: The successful candidate will be heavily involved with managing supplier invoices, approving payments & supporting the wider finance team on all other financial/accounting issues. Job Duties: Processing of supplier invoices to company standards & procedures. Ensure correct payments are made in a timely & efficient manner including working to tight deadlines. Manage document trail of invoices as they are passed to various managers for approval. Work closely with the company purchasing/buying team to assist in managing queries on invoices or purchase orders. Work directly with suppliers to resolve invoice queries. Process reconciliations. Other accounting/finance duties including month end support & assisting on team projects. Qualifications/Experience Required: 2-3 years Accounts administration experience. Experience gained in a multinational environment would be a significant advantage. 3rd level degree in business/accounting or a professional accounting qualification would be a major advantage. Excellent IT skills including high level Excel are required. Excellent inter-personal & team work skills are required.
