CHEF DE PARTIE LIMERICK CITY BRASSERIE/BISTRO. We are seeking a Senior CDP for a funky Bistro in Limerick City. This restaurant l is synonymous in the local area for the quality of its food; it's a real gourmet paradise where they have a very successful rustic/classical style operation serving food all day from Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. The kitchen is fully staffed and they are now seeking a creative chef that can excel the further to stardom, support the Sous & Head Chef and help manage the day to day operations in the kitchen. This is a busy establishment that serves quality food. The chef needs experience in all sections put in particularly on range and grill- main course section. Prerequisites for this role Include: " Previous 4th yr Commis or CDP Experience in a similar standard restaurant. " Must have a mix of Bistro/Brasserie/Restaurant exp. " Can help develop and introduce new ideas and recipe's. " Has flair and imagination. " Can work well under pressure with a calm temperament. " Can train and upskill the current kitchen brigade. " Has good portion and cost control. " Fully aware and compliant in Food Safety and HACCP Food Management Systems. " Can work a rota of 5/7 days per week.
