Shifts are a mixture on Earlys(7-3) Mid(12-8) and Lates(3-11. We have vacancies for experienced restaurant waiters, waitresses, in this boutique Hotel in Co. Limerick. " WAITER. " WAITRESS. Duties and Requirements: " Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service. " This person must also have a positive attitude and be customer focused. " Must have previous customer service experience. " Functions and HACCP training is an advantage but training will be given. " Excellent presentation skills. " Excellent communication skills. " Must be flexible with working hours, 5 days out of 7 including weekends. " Must have a minimum of 6-12 months experience in a 3* or 4* Hotel Restaurant/Weddings/Functions.
