This includes ensuring that all DHF’s and project information is created and configured in SAP. The Project Analyst will assist the PMO team in creating, updating and sharing project documentation. BD is looking for a highly talented Project Analyst (Release Management) who will manage the product release process and ensure that all project and product documentation is completed on time and to the relevant SOP’s. This includes ensuring that all DHF’s and project information is created and configured in SAP. The Project Analyst will assist the PMO team in creating, updating and sharing project documentation. Be the Project Analyst. Experience managing projects including: Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project. Working with cross-functional teams across geographies. Partner with project managers on tracking project deliverables to meet schedule. Creating and reviewing documents to FDA and GMP standards. Work with DOCO to get documents routed through SAP and make administrative changes. Tracking Risk management deliverables. Draft issue tracking memos. Preparing design documentation including Design Dev Plan, RTM’s, interface specifications & BOM’s. Experience with SharePoint or similar: Technical aptitude. Experience with SAP or similar type system: Create DHFs and project subfolders via Configuration Management Workbench. Create document information records (DIR’s) (DDM’s, DME’s, DFA document types. Uploading documents into SAP DIRs. Assign/follow up with collaborators/approvals. Search for materials, BOMs, SAP users and documents. Link documents to proper DHF and Cos. Manage project deliverables: Manufacturing/Productions. Understanding manufacturing process and needs. Material Master Creation, Where-Used, Sales Plants, Material Extension. Be Qualified: Associates degree. Minimum of two years of experience as a project engineer or project manager. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Excellent written skills in English.
