SOUS CHEF DELUXE LIMERICK CITY BAR/BISTRO. We are seeking a Sous Chef for a funky Bar & Bistro in Limerick City. This is a busy establishment that serves a mix of Bar Food, Restaurant & Functions. We are seeking an all-rounder that has experience in restaurant, bar food & function roles. Prerequisites for this role Include: " Previous Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Experience in Restaurants or 4*Hotels. " Must have strong Range & Grill experience. " Can help develop and introduce new menus and recipes with the Head Chef. " Has flair and imagination. " Has good portion and cost control. " Fully aware and compliant in Food Safety and HACCP Food Management Systems. " Can deputise for the Sous/Head Chef in their days off. " Can would a rota of 5/7 days per week.
