Job Title Compliance Specialist. About Company Our client based in Limerick is seeking aCompliance Specialist to join its expanding team. Duration of role 16 weeks. Summary Objective TO ENSURE THAT THE QUALITY SYSTEM OF DEPUYIRELAND IS MAINTAINED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL NECESSARY REGULATORY REQUIREMENTSTHROUGH THE CAPA AND NON-CONFORMANCE SYSTEMS AND TRENDING OF CAPA,NON-CONFORMANCES AND OTHER SUB SYSTEMS. Job Duties 1. Continuous Improvement Focus - Leadcompliance improvements, which may result from Quality System Review trends andother transformational projects. 2. Drive robust quality and compliance execution in thebusiness and drive the Q&C scorecard metrics. 3. Ensure that the Corrective Action and Preventive Actionsystem is maintained in a manner compliant with local and WW procedures, ISO,QSR and Corporate Requirements. Guide CAPA owners through the CAPA lifecycleand communicate CAPA successes. 4. Manage and chair the CAPA Review Board in conjunction withthe QA Compliance Team Lead and document the output from this meeting. 5. Ensure that the Non-conformance (NC) system is maintainedin a manner compliant with local and WW procedures and ISO and QSR andCorporate Requirements. 6. Co-ordinate and chair the Quality System Review (QSR) toensure that the inputs in terms of trending for this meeting have beencompleted by self and others and that any trends are acted upon. Requirements Skills andexperience Novisa processing ESSENTIAL: Third level qualification (Scienceor Engineering Related Discipline). Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a regulated environment. Extensive knowledge of Quality Systems (FDA/ISO) within aregulated environment. DESIRABLE: Working knowledge of ISO and FDAstandards for medical devices.
