Office Administrator required to work for a service industry based in Limerick city centre, working in a small team environment you will be responsible for some of the following duties: Provide administration support to the training, consulting and accounts departments. Data entry on software system. Providing front line office management i.e. provision of reception duties, phone, in-coming and out-going post, deliveries, and other office related & facilities administration. Basic accounts administration, accounts payable & invoicing. Answer, log and distribute all external telephone calls within the company. General office administration & support to the team. Skills / experience. 1yr experience working in an office environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Commitment to ‘right-first-time’ attention to detail. Highly competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the capacity to learn new software packages. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team & be a self-starter. Hours of work.
