HR Advisor : Maternity Leave: Co.Limerick - Contact Daniella 086 7750646. Job Description. * Will be responsible for the smooth running of the HR function in a busy manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of employment law desirable but not essential. * Maintain files and records of all employees. * Setting up new employees, Induction, Payroll, Training H&S etc. * Providing management team with information on a daily basis. * Provide all information required by payroll and work with payroll and others to ensure timely accurate execution of this function. * Assist in the recruitment of new employees set up interviews follow up references. * Create and maintain all necessary documentation for all new and existing employees contracts training records etc. * Establish and maintain good working relations with management supervisors and co-workers alike. * Produce weekly production rosters in conjunction with production supervisors. * Manage holiday requests in line with production requirements. * Ideal role for an individual interested in HR. and will allow you to develop your role giving the level of involvement associated with HR. Key Skills required. Minimum 2 years previous experience as HR Support/Administrator. Knowledge of Payroll, highly desirable. Knowledge of human resource processes and practices. Excellent attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in an environment where confidentiality is critical.
