The Ideal Candidate will have. − Ability to read, write and speak fluent Japanese. − Experience or desire to work in a Customer Service environment. − Japanese culture experience. − Ability to work on own initiative. − Flexible work ethic. − Excellent communication skills. − Experience in excel reports. − Problem solving capabilities. Areas of responsibility: − Investigates and documents customer complaints and inquiries. − Provides Japanese/English translations of technical documents. − Reviews complaint files for accuracy and completeness. − Contributes customer relations expertise to quality programs and projects. − Participates in investigations, audits, cross-functional teams, and other related duties as assigned by management. − Manages and facilitates customer relations projects associated with driving customer relations value in the organization. − Demonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the team.
