You will work as a Snr Analyst - Transfer Agency Reconciliations for our client, an investment bank company in Limerick. This is a 7 month contract role. Your new job. Reporting to the reconciliations team leader, the senior analyst role is responsible for the day to day reconciliation of transfer agency breaks, working with investors ensure subscription proceeds are settled & provide a high level of support to clients and investors. Day to day processing bank balance validation of transfer agency accounts within agreed timeframes and deadlines. Provide various reconciliations reporting, both internally and externally. Work with internal teams and external clients in order to clear rec breaks in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service at all times and ensuring all service level agreements are met. What are we looking for? Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of reconciliations. Ability to review and resolve complex issues working under pressure meeting challenging deadlines. Excellent planning and organisation skills with a flexible approach to work. Ability to work on own initiative. Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
