Accounts Payable Administrator: The Accounts Payable Administrator works as a key member of Richardsons Accounts Team. This role will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our busy Accounts Payable function and providing support to the accounts function. Based at our offices in Eastway, Ballysimon, Limerick, this is a permanent role reporting to our Finance Manager. Responsibilities. Recording, verifying and posting all creditors invoices for goods on Navision software. Entering expense invoices on Navision system and sending out for approval. Managing the weekly/ monthly payments run. Maintaining accounts payable ledger and reconciling all accounts to statements. Assist with reconciling bank accounts. Manage supplier credit requests. Manage open purchase orders. Administrative support to Accounts function. Principal Requirements. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and banking transactions. Accounting Technician Qualified or similar. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience with MS Dynamics NAV desirable. Meticulous attention to detail. Self-Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A detail orientated individual working well within a team environment, with an ability to work on own initiative to deliver timely, accurate results. Excellent organisational and planning capabilities. Comfortable working within tight deadlines, multi-tasking where needed and with Can-do attitude.
