Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) - Support multiple varied Agile projects in a start up development centre. JobTitle Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA. About Company Our client based in Ireland is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to join its expanding team. Duration of Role 12 months. Summary Objective • Partake in training sessions on SQA principles and best practices Monitor process and artefact quality and adherence to standard tools Complete stage gate assessments periodically, early detection of issues. Job Duties • Ensure data entry for SDLC metrics is correct, collected and analyzed, alert the team of any issues in advance• Evaluate and review work products/artefacts for adherence to SDLC and software engineering best practices, early detection of issues• Generate weekly SQA reports and rationalize them at weekly meeting• Coach on tool adherence and track data integrity • Perform findings analysis and provide recommendations and execution for process optimization. Requirements. Skills & Experience • 5 years of experience working as a Validation engineer, Software Quality Assurance Consultant, Process Consultant, QA Consultant, SQA Auditor and/or IT Auditor• Strong Agile/Waterfall experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong collaboration skills• Needs to have a "hands-on" mentality, good initiative • Attention to detail is a must• Strong logical and analytical skillsDesired Skills:• 5 years of experience planning and conducting audits and/or deploying process improvements • Prior QA, Process and/or Technical experience Knowledge of SDLC definitions, maintenance, and consulting• Certifications in Scrum• Certifications or training in ISO, CMMI, Six Sigma methodologies, CSQA, Agile• SAP and or Digital experience.
