Our client is a leading supplier of medical devices and healthcare consumables. They are now looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join their highly-skilled team in Limerick. Working alongside industry-leading experts, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow and develop your expertise. As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will ensure the effective and efficient running of our client’s Quality Department. In this diverse role, you will help to maintain quality standards, ensuring that they operate in-line with HPRA and EU requirements. Specifically, you will: - Assist in the management of the Quality Management System (QMS. - Assist in the approval of new suppliers and maintain supplier records. - Assist in the management of any customer complaints. - Carry out Quality Inspections and carry out corrective actions for any non-conformances. - Proactively assist in the management of any non-conformance within the QMS. - Identify personnel training requirements. - Prepare a range of reports of KPIs. - Assist in carrying out corrective actions following internal and external audits of quality systems across all departments. To be considered, you will need: - A qualification in quality or related experience. - A qualification in a science or engineering discipline or related experience. Skills Required: - Organized and methodical. - Self-motivated and show initiative. - Attention to detail. - Communication Skills both verbal and written. - Experience of using Microsoft Office applications. - Ideally, you will have experience in the medical industry, but this is not essential.
