Operations Manager - Limerick 4* Hotel. Our client, a luxury 4* Hotel in Limerick, is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will primarily be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation of the Hotel.This is a 'hands on' role and will require a minimum of 3-4 years previous senior Hotel management experience with excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills. The Candidate: Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role and demonstrated business/industry awareness. Experience of managing a team at senior level and the passion to drive and deliver on all financial targets are essential. Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service. Must be standards driven and detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the luxury market. Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast paced environment. Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and high level of commercial and financial knowledge. Passionate about standards and provision of excellence in hospitality. Ability to lead and motivate a strong team of Departmental Managers and drive inclusiveness throughout the organisation. Impeccable leadership and management skills, a strong work ethic with emphasis on effective communication practices. Keen understanding of Hotel related laws and regulations including Health & Safety and Food Safety and COSHH legislation.
