What you need to know. You will work as a Financial Services - Project Leader for our client, an investment bank company in Limerick. This is a 22 month contract role. Your new job. Reporting to the Snr Transfer Agency (TA) Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the inflow and outflow of business from a Transfer Agency perspective. Act as a Gate Keeper and central point of contact for all projects (TA Client Change and Small Change) that require TA Client Service input/allocation. Co-ordinate, tracking and planning of all change impacting the TA Client Service partners. Act as Project Lead for a number of the internal TA initiatives i.e. Investor mailings. Co-ordinate the small change docket & prioritisation within the TA Client Service Team. Value For Spend initiative - Client reporting – identify, create procedures to create capacity within the TA Client Service teams with the view to moving to India/Manila (Tier 3. What are we looking for? Project Manager experience in a client-focused role gained in the financial services or banking industry. Previous experience with people management (though this will be an individual contributor role) and change management skills desirable.
