Leading client in Limerick looking for a French Business Sales Suppor t to join their growing team! Excellent remuneration package on offer and a genuine opportunity for progression in an exciting and expanding new business for a French Business Sales Support. The French Business Sales Support role will be an office-based role in Limerick. This is a great opportunity for a Fluent French speaker to utilise their language skills. Key Responsibilities: You will be required to develop and manage client relationships. You will be able to both identity and align client needs to the products and services on offer. You will be an excellent collaborator and deliver an excellent service to the consultants and mangers. You will be responsible for deal with all queries from customers and also from the sales team. You will be efficient and deal with all issues in a timely manner. You will be organised and keep a log of all customer accounts and communicate with them regularly to ensure client queries are answered. You will ensure at all times clients are satisfied with the service they received. You will be a team player and liaise with different teams. You will be able to promote a new product well to an existing portfolio of clients. You will be adept in learning information about the company's various products, policies, procedures and all relevant information. You will be able to provide regular reporting and maintain metrics, updating the customer database as required. Key Skills: You must be fluent in French. You will have a high standard of written and verbal English communication. 1-2 years experience in sales, business development, customer service or related environment.
