Financial Accountant- Munster. JOB TYPE: Permanent. The Opportunity: Qualified Accountant required by growing Financial Services Company. The Role: Plan, organise and resource their team to ensure client engagement requirements are met. Adhere to internal procedures to meet professional standards and propose changes that can improve service delivery and quality. Work with team to ensure that: Timely delivery of management and statutory accounts for clients; Team delivers accurate monthly/quarterly management and statutory financial information; Provision of financial information to Clients and Customers; Corporation tax and VAT returns adhere to strict filing deadlines; Run payroll and associated payroll reports for all clients and ensure tax returns adhere to strict filing deadlines. Preparation and filing of regulatory reporting information. Implementing improvements in the accounting process to ensure it is robust, controlled and efficient. Continuously seeking to improve and develop the accounting processes to reduce reporting lead times. Build and maintain excellent relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders. Assist in ad-hoc and project requirements as required by the Operations Controller. Coaching and mentoring of members of the Finance Team. Candidate Profile/Experience: Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA. University degree in accounting or business. 5+ years in a similar Finance Role.
