Opportunity for an engineering professional who is enjoys fixing mechanical and electrical problems on machines to work as a Filed service Engineer. The role will be based in Limerick covering clients in Munster and Leinster. The job would involve installation, service and repair of CNC machines of Makino and Okuma make. The Field Service Engineer would be involved in fault finding and breakdown repair on client calls along with regular preventative maintenance. Application of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge to problem solve and fix CNC machines. This role would suit mechanical or electrical trade qualified professional with hands on experience on servicing CNC machines. Strong fault finding & troubleshooting skills, ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings would be useful in being successful in this role. The organization is an Irish indigenous company servicing multinational and SME clients across Ireland. The successful candidate would be provided with necessary training to upskill.
