Real Food Lifestyle Café- New Opening Limerick City -Days Only Hours. Astoria Partnership are the retained recruiters for an Irish indigenous Food Company that operate Real Food-Lifestyle Cafes. This is a new opening in Limerick City where they will bring their amazing fresh produce in Pastries, Savouries, Gourmet Sandwiches and Delicious Salads. CAFE MANAGER. We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven Cafe Manager to work in this brand new café opening that is known for their quality of food and service. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences. You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative. Role Responsibility. To manage the team on the floor in providing an excellent customer experience. We are looking for customer focussed individuals with experience working as part of a team, experience to decide, delegate and manage a busy 80 seater café with a high footfall. This position requires an experienced manager from a café/catering/hospitality background who is assertive, firm and fair. The Ideal Candidate. Must be eligible to work full time hours. A good command of English is essential. This role is 5 days over 7 ( Days Only. Has managed a team previously. Experience in Standards and procedures. Experience in Training. Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP is essential. Friendly focused individual giving the very best of customer service. Cash/Credit Card Transactions. Recruitment & Training. HR & Disciplinary. Is hands on at all time and works as a team. Hours vary between 7-4 /8-5/ 9-6. This role reports to the Café Manager. Salary Approx. Neg. Please apply in complete confidence with an up to date CV.
