Head Chef required for 3* Hotel in Tipperary, ideal candidate will have 3/4 years experience in a similar role, this is a "hands on" position, will suit Chef from a Hotel with excellent Bar and Restaurant trade who is used to running with a small team. There is a Banqueting facility also with the potential to grow and develop this business further. Here its all about food quality and great seasonal menus, efficient service, having a great relationship with your colleagues and generally being centre of a great team.
