Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Limerick. The Organisation. Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI) is the statutory agency responsible for the conservation, protection, development, management and promotion of our inland fisheries and sea angling resources. IFI operates under the aegis of the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment (DCCAE. The role of the Human Resources Business Partner is an important role within IFI, with overall responsibility for leading and delivering a broad range of strategic and operational projects to achieve IFI’s corporate and people strategies. The purpose of this post is to support, guide and advise senior management and people managers while ensuring that people are at the heart of decision making. The HRBP will work alongside the business to deliver on operational objectives and will have a national remit.  The Individual. The successful candidate should have: •An Honours degree in a business, HR or related discipline; •A minimum of 4 years of human resources experience in a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders, as relevant to the role; •A demonstrable knowledge of the core aspects of Human Resource Management: employee relations; performance management; leadership development; employee engagement and employment law; •A practical knowledge of industrial relations, public service agreements and the industrial relations machinery of the State is desirable; •Membership of the CIPD; •Full clean driving licence.
