This is an opportunity to join a company with over 20 stores nationwide as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role involves ensuring that the company receives payments for goods and services. This role is a full time permanent contract with a package. Key Responsibilities: Prepare bills and invoices for sales or services. Send bill reminders and communicate with customers via phone, email or mail to ensure collection on accounts. Record payments by entering them into a ledger or on accounting software. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for. Generate monthly, quarterly and/or annual financial statements detailing paid and unpaid invoices. Background: Knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel. Ability to prioritise workload and communicate effectively with customers.
