Description

Responsibilities. Responsibility for the validation and tracking of all site Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs) and consolidated Supply Chain reporting. Responsible for providing financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas and taking a lead role on any finance projects for the site. Provides financial support for the continued improvement and update of the Global End-to-End Total Delivered Cost Model (Owned by the Global Product Management Team. Responsibility for developing and maintaining the short-list of the most critical site. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and owning the process of the monthly update and feed into tableau for site visualization. Supports the Senior Management Team with project decisions around capital investment using future lens cost modelling. Responsibility for the annual OGSM update. Works with Site Leadership Team (SLT) to update the OGSM at the start of each year. Ad-hoc financial support and analytics provided to the SLT team as required. Education and Experience. Candidates must hold a recognised Accountancy qualification i.e. ACCA, ACA or CIMA. Must have at least 4 years’ business experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience at leading projects. Excellent communication skillsas the successful candidate will be working closely with Senior Leadership Team. Effective Stakeholder engagement Financial Analysis – cost modelling activities. Exposure to SAP and MS Office Suite essential for this role. Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
