A Finance Project Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for a 12 month contract for our Limerick based multinational client. Finance Project Lead is responsible for providing financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas and taking a lead role on any finance projects for a major multinational company. Will work very closely with the senior management team. THE ROLE: * Responsibility for the validation and tracking of all site Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs) and consolidated Supply Chain reporting. * Provides financial support for the continued improvement and update of the Global Cost Model. * Responsibility for developing and maintaining the short-list of the most critical site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and owning the process of the monthly update and feed into tableau for site visualization. * Supports the Senior Management Team with project decisions around capital investment using future lens cost modelling. * Responsibility for the annual OGSM update. Works with Site Leadership Team o update the OGSM at the start of each year. * Ad-hoc financial support and analytics provided to the senior leadership team team as required. REQUIREMENTS: * Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA accountant. * Minimum of 5 years' business experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. * Strong financial analysis, costing and project accounting background. * Experience on a computerized accounting package e.g. SAP.
