An experienced Facilities Supervisor is required by Careerwise Recruitment for our Limerick based client. THE ROLE: * Develop a best in class safety program for all the on-site services and providers. * Waste stream operations and management across multiple streams. * Supervises a group of employees or outside contractors/vendors to maintain various services on site. * Performs and leads audits of vendor deliverables and KPI's on a regular basis. * Awareness of legislative requirements across all waste streams and emissions licensing. REQUIREMENTS: * The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience working in an FM role or an integrated FM role within a large company profile, at a supervisory or management level. * A 3rd level qualification in related disciplines (Building Services OR Facilities management) or IFM qualification is desirable. * Past experience in the management of a large custodial contract and to include general cleaning requirements and management of all waste streams will be advantageous.
