***customer operations supervisor*** our limerick based client, a healthcare support service provider are now actively recruiting for a customer operations manager to manage & lead the team within the limerick support centre. this position is being offered on a part-time basis of between 25-30 hours per week & will involve a mix of days, evenings & weekend scheduled work. your key duties : lead, motivate & develop the services team. coordinate call management & staffing both in limerick & remote centres across the mid-west. guide/support staff initial responses & call completions. manage case tracking from initial contact through to final resolution. update management groups on a regular basis with sla/kpi reports. promote continued excellence within the centre & wider organisation through additional training, upskilling & needs analysis. your skills/experience required : 3-4+ years in a team leadership/management capacity. 3rd level degree qualified ideally. excellent inter-personal skills & ability to lead/motivate a team. knowledge/experience in iso accreditation and/or similar would be an advantage. strong it skills & ability to multi-task. ability to work regular evening & weekend shifts is essential. to enquire about, or apply to, this fantastic new opportunity, contact thomas hogan in cpl limerick on 061221701 or email thomas.hogan@cpl.ie. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
