Bank Manager required for leading finance house based in Limerick city. The ideal candidates will have strong networking & people management experience within the Banking Industry in Limerick region. Main responsibilities. Provide active and dynamic leadership to theonsite teamteam, developing a high performance environment and culture, Develop & deliver a focused Customer Experience Plan with your team, Ensure that key product weekly reviews take place to include relevant colleague. Ensure that Coaching Model is robust & fully operational in hub. Deliver customer acquisition and cross-sales targets. Develop & implement a Local Marketing Plan to build the franchise & local embeddedness. Experience. Min 7 to 10 years in a similar role. Proven track record in sales. Fully QFA qualified. Highly productive individual who can identify and focus on the right things. Results focused with the ability to create a dynamic, high performance environment and culture.
