Head Chef Limerick City Bar/Restaurant /Hotel. Astoria Partnership is recruiting an experienced Head Chef to oversee this hip and trendy eatery. Theproperty serves great food, presented well, consistent and also that has a twist. A Chef that is passionate, creative, and can manage the kitchen in relation to staff management, wastage, purchasing, portion control and all Food safety & H&S legislation. The place has a great name locally and offers contemporary style food daily, where they serve, breakfast, lunch, dinner and occasional event lunches and dinners. I am seeking a Head Chef with the following attributes: Previous Sous or Head Chef in a 4*/5* Hotel, Gastro Or Brasserie operation that is well known. Strong on al l aspects of Kitchen Management. Is creative and passionate about each dish that is presented. Strong on HACCP & H&S requirements. Wants to push boundaries in cuisine and get a name for them selves. Is a cool operator at all times and excels on a busy restaurant. Has demonstrated loyalty and commitment to previous employers. MUST have strong PC Knowledge for Purchaing System. Salary 45K.
