F&B Manager Co. Limerick Hotel ( Bar, Restaurant, Banqueting. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an F&B Manager at this well-known County limerick Hotel that is in operation for many successful years. This is a hands-on role overseeing all aspects of the day to day duty management of this 3-star hotel with additional F & B Responsibilities. You will be responsible for working in all F&B areas in running banqueting events and hosting the restaurant and lounge bar food operation. This involves supervising the day to day operation, motivating the team, communicating with all departments, ensuring all standards are met with a keen attention to detail, completing department rota’s when required. The ideal candidate will have Food and Beverage operations or Duty Management with 3 years’ experience at supervisory level or above from a quality hospitality environment. A keen eye for detail and focus on guest experience is a must, and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be friendly and outgoing, being able to motivate, delegate effectively and get involved! Experience in Weddings and Functions is critical for this role. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to achieving standards of service excellence throughout all departments of the hotel. You need to be astute, make decisions, problem solve and able to deputise for the hands owner when he is away from the property. This is an ideal role for someone wanting to progress within the hotel where this is a No 2 position. Your own car is required for the position due to early starts and late finishes. Salary 32-35K.
