My Client, a reputable Irish transport company, is in need of an experienced Clerical Assistant for a contract role based in their offices in Limerick Junction. This is a 10 week contract and the desired candidate is required to be available to work the duration of the contract. The desired candidate will possess the following qualities: - experience in working with accounts and payroll. - Strong systems skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Good experience working with SAP, creating PO's and ensuring the system is kept up to date. - Experience inputting payroll, ensuring accuracy is achieved. - General office duties as required. - Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
