GRILL- LINE CHEFLIMERICK CITY GRILL BAR. We are seeking a Grill Chef for a Busy Bar Food Operation in Limerick City. . This is a busy establishment that serves quality food all day. We are seeking an all-rounder that has experience preferably in restaurants of similar pedigree that are recognised with standards . This is a mix of Bistro & Grill Bar coupled with occasional functions. This position may suit an experienced Chef de Partie with Strong Grill & Range Experience. Prerequisites for this role Include: Previous Grill Chef or CDP Experience in a similar standard restaurant. Must have a mix of Bistro/Brasserie/Restaurant exp. Can help develop and introduce new ideas and recipe’s. Has flair and imagination. Can work well under pressure with a calm temperament. Can train and upskill the current kitchen brigade. Has good portion and cost control. Fully aware and compliant in Food Safety and HACCP Food Management Systems. Can deputise for the Head Chef in their days off-strong Kitchen Management Exp. Can work a rota of 5/7 days per week. This is an all year round position paying a fantastic salary plus incentives to a suitable candidate. Salary 27,000.
