Sigmar Recruitment have a number of exciting Multi-Lingual Customer Service Representative opportunities with our market-leading client in Limerick. These roles are permanent, offering an attractive salary and an immediate start. Languages Required: Dutch. Italian. German. French. Polish. Czech. Russian. Spanish. Hebrew. Portuguese. Croatian. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Provision of exceptional customer service via phone and email. Support customers across the globe at major events. Maintain a good balance between productivity and providing a high quality service at all times. Outline and raise opportunities for process improvements internally as appropriate. Liaise with multiple departments to resolve any issues or queries. Candidate Specification: 1-2 years customer service experience. Fluency in English PLUS one of the above listed languages. Good team player. Excellent organisational skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong work ethic.
