Quality Systems Technician
Quality Systems Technician - 11 Month Contract - Days. Our Limerick based Medical Devices multinational is looking to recruit a Quality Systems Technician. The Quality Systems Technician will report to the Quality Systems Manager. The responsibilities of this role include working in a highly regulated environment, performing Qumas administration activities, recording management program activities and Quality System admin activities. Main Areas of Responsibility. Responsible for managing workflow submissions on document changes to the Qumas Electronic Document Management System for the Ireland facillity. Responsible for managing the Periodic Review Process in line with governing procedures. Responsible for training new personnel on Qumas and workflow request process. Ensuring the Document Control process is in compliance with Regulatory and Quality Systems requirements. Driving Continuous Improvement for the Document Control Process. Recording management program activities. Supporting internal and external inspections as required. Preparing custom reports on results on Quality System processes and related activities. Recommending and implementing revisions, corrections and changes to procedures and methods. Compiling data to identify trends and propose corrective action. Providing support to other departments on Quality/GMP requirements as required. The successful candidate should hold a minimum of Certificate level (2 years) qualification in science/quality management. Should also display the ability to work in a team environment, work on your own initiative and have good organization & communication skills.
