Due to continued growth, my client, an international Top Tier Construction Company, is looking for a Design Coordinator, with Building and/or Civils experience, to work on their Limerick project. The job will involve organising and managing structural design, temporary works and connection details. Acting as a go between, between the various stakeholders and the drawing office, the ideal individual will come from an engineering background, have building experience, good managerial skills and a technical mind; with proven ability in assessing and organising projects from design to practical completion. Requirements: - Relevant Engineering Diploma/Degree qualification. - Minimum of 3+ years’ relevant experience working with main contractors in Ireland or the UK. - Competency in IT packages i.e. Microsoft Office, CAD. - Hold a solid understanding of As?Built and Submittal drawings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills dealing with design team / client / meetings etc. - Good attention to detail, with an analytical/technical approach and ability to work using your own initiative.
