Unijobs DAC on behalf of our client, The University of Limerick are currently recruiting for number of temporary fulltime Administrator positions. We are looing for excellent administrators with proven experience in fast paced, high energy environments. Roles vary from 2 to 6 months in duration initially with potential for extension for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, career driven and have a strong background experience working in an office environment. You will be well presented and strive to achieve your goals on a daily basis. Essential Requirements: Excllent communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer focused. Excellent administration and organisation skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced and often high pressure environment. Proven ability to work on your own initiate. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Prior experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Minute taking experience. Proven ability to work as part of a team. Proficient in the use of various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn. Desirable Requirements. Previous experience working as a personal assistant. Experience with assisting the co-ordination of events. Previous experience working in a Human Resource function. Report writing.
