You will be assisting in the installation and maintenance of large, complex robotic drug storagesystemsand helping operating staff with day to day queries and fault diagnosis either remotely or on site. Ideally, you will be a field engineer with expert communication skills and a background in robotics and electro mechanical machinery with the network and PC skills to enable you to handle the diagnostics part of the job. Excellent customer facing and communication skills. Experience in electro-mechanical systems fault diagnosis, repair, servicing and installation. Experience with motor controllers, stepper and servo motor systems. Computer literate with a knowledge of networking and serial connectivity and PC based control systems essential. Experience of PC / PLC based control systems and conveyors desirable but not essential. Previous Experience in this role is a must. You must be able to arrange your own diary and priorities your appointments. You willhave excellent customer services experience. You will be able to set and manage customer expectations. You will manage your own stock and spares. You will have experience of updating online record systems. There can be overnight stays involved in this role. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work alone or as part of a team. Decisive, able to work without supervision. Educational Background: You Must have an Electrical Qualification.
