The Role: Know the business inside out by using your commercial and retail expertise, and be flexible with your approach to new business ideas. Build an open and trusting relationship with your team – find out what they like and what they want to see change. Ensure all team members are aware of and understand their roles and responsibilities in the pharmacy. Lead the team to be productive by building a culture of trust, openness and support. Seek new business opportunities by examining the local markets and competitor activities. Actively manage budgets and administrative compliance. Any additional duties or ad hoc projects as they arise. Knowledge and Experience required: Previous experience atmanagementlevel,ideally in retail pharmacy sector. Ability to identify business opportunities. Good understanding of effective stock control. Knowledge of budget management.
