Busy4* Hotel in Limerick City region are recruiting experienced Operations Manager to take charge of this busy Hotel. You will have full responsibility for Bar, Restaurant, Events and Rooms Division. This is a popular Hotel in a great location, we now require an experienced Manager with 4* background to work with the Owners manage daily operations and plan for the future in this exciting role. You will work closely with Department Heads on training, standards, procedures, purchasing etc to ensure all guests receive excellent service and attention to detail whilst the company meets is commercial objectives. We need a progressive Manager, an innovator and somebody who enjoys taking the responsibilty of setting and achieving challenging targets. potential to progress to General Managers role in the property in future.
