We currently require a Commercial Office Manager to join our Team. This key role will be based in our Limerick office and will report to the Managing Director. This diverse role will centre on: PA support to the Managing Director. Pricing and sales-team administration support. General admin support to key business function. Develop and Lead the telesales team to achieve KPIs and sales growth targets. It provides co-ordination and administration on key commercial proposals as well as ongoing sales and pricing support to the sales team. The successful candidate must have: Excellent commercial focus, strong communication skills and ability to build rapport; Experience of processing commercial pricing plans and providing these to a field sales team; Proven track record in pricing & margin management across customer base profiles. Very strong numeracy skills and commercial capability; Proven IT capability with strong MS Excel skills. Experience of working with CRM software an added advantage. Excellent personal organisation, time management and planning skills; Energy and commitment to succeed in a dynamic and fast paced environment with “can do” attitude. Proven ability to lead in-house telesales team in providing excellent B2B customer service, upselling skills to maximise sales order values and achieve sales growth targets, preferably in foodservice. Ability to create a sales and customer service culture within the team. Experience in line-supervision, team development and coaching to team members. Ensure daily sales support and telesales activities are consistently completed with a high attention to detail. This is a key role with an attractive salary and performance related bonus.
