Description

STL is currently seeing and Accouts Receivable Administrator to cover a 6 months Maternity Leave. Candidates MUST be available for an immediate start. Duties: Accounts receivable – recording & posting receipts, sending statements, reconciliations and credit control. Bank reconciliations. Processing Weekly and Monthly Invoices. Investigate and resolve customer queries. Assist with month-end closing. Liaising with other departments. Filing of accounts paperwork. Other ad-hoc and office/administrative duties will arise at times. Assisting in the processing of weekly and monthly payroll. Requirements: Minimum of1-2 years prior experience within a similar role. Experience on Sage200 Accounting Package or similar. Strong attention to detail. Good organisational skills, is a self-starter and ability to use own initiative. Ability to work as part of integrated team and to strict deadlines. Fluent in English – written and spoken.
