Unijobs on behalf of a public sector client based in Limerick city have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to work within a fast-paced Human Resource's Dept. The post is temporary fulltime and is for a 6 months period initially. The hourly rate of pay is €13.24 working 37 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in Human Resources married with excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience using the CORE HR system is desirable but not essential. Key Accountabilities: - Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in organising interview panels. - Have the ability to communicate with applicants regarding job vacancies. - Provide pre and post interview feedback to applicants. - Organising itinerary for interview panels. - Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents. - Preserving office records. - Gathering information. - Organising diaries. - Managing electronic and printed files. - Attending meetings and functions. - Experience of work in busy environment and working to tight deadlines. - Previous experience using databases. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - High level of attention to detail.
