HR Generalist Our client a fast-growing technology company in the Limerick area are currently looking for a HR Generalist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to further their HR career in a hands-on HR Generalist role in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with all employee queries and issues. Recruitment coordination – (Sourcing and screening candidates, inviting to interview, reference checking, drawing up contracts of employment, letters of offer etc.) Oversee and manage the onboarding process – Conduct Induction training, introduction to company and starter pack provided. Manage employee’s holiday requests and monitor sick day/absenteeism. Updating and maintaining company policies and procedures. Manage and be key point of contact for compensation and benefits requirement and queries. Key Requirements: Experience in working in a fast paced environment. Third level Degree in HR or other relevant discipline. 2 years+ experience in a fast paced HR role. Industry experience in the Technology sector is a strong advantage but not essential. Experience of working over multi-site locations. Proficiency in all Microsoft office suites. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team environment. Must be comfortable to cover a various range of duties from the most basic to the more complex. Strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
