Investor Services Contact Centre Representative – Limerick. 5-month contract. Are you friendly and efficient with a great telephone manner? Have you previous experience in a contact centre or help desk environment? With an excellent support and training programme you could be working in a busy, loud and lively department. Are you confident enough to deal with investors and banking clients both on the phone and email correspondence? Then this is the role for you. Is this you? Previous experience in Service desk role? Previous experience in Funds or Financial Services? Calm and efficient way of working? Great customer service skills? Interested in process improvements? Strong PC Skills – thorough knowledge of MS Word & Excel? Numerical and high attention to detail? Organised, self-motivated and require little supervision or instructions? Good communication skills? Speak German? (desirable not necessity. What you will be doing. Answering a high volume of calls, remain professional, calm and efficient. Provide information Client registers (COA, Mandates, Transfers etc.) Provide information Distribution payments. Provide information general Registration enquiries. Screen calls and pass onto relevant sections/person where applicable. Answer e-mail requests from clients/Agents. Provide Monthly valuations to clients. Check Periodic Statements. Provide Monthly Reports for internal & external clients. Various other tasks may be requested of you appropriate to the role and business requirements.
