Are you a highly motivated Accounts / Project Administrator ? CPL are looking to hire a motivated energetic Junior Accounts / Project Administrator to work for a leading training & consultancy company based in Limerick, working in a small team you will be responsible for some of the following duties : Prepare client billing with finance team. Processing outgoing and incoming invoices. Multi-currency bank reconciliations and lodgements. Data entry of receipts and payments. Credit control. Ensuring reports from the day are completed by end of working day. Managing e-mail communication within the organisation. Track number of reports issued to individual clients monthly. General Office Administration. Skills / experience : Accounting qualification essential IATI or Diploma / Degree in business. 1-2 years experience working in an office environment. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Commitment to ‘right-first-time’ attention to detail. Highly competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the capacity to learn new software packages. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team & be a self starter.
