We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager on a Surgical Ward for a Modern, Acute Private Hospital in the Midwest of Ireland. The successful candidate must have: Registration in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI. A minimum of 3 years postgraduate acute care nursing experience. Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality. Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills. Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Management qualification preferable. Preceptorship qualification and experience preferable. Flexible approach to work patterns standards.
