Our client require to hire a Mould Stacker to be based in their Toolroom. Responsible for stacking and maintenance of Injection Mould Tooling for manuafacturing lines. Visual inspection of key quality indicators and Stacking, assembly and processing of all mould tooling. Qualification of mould tooling as per procedural requirements. First article component qualification. IMAS Upkeep on mould builds and mould maintenance. Adherences to the Insert management system. Injection moulding machine Preventative Maintenance (PM) as per OPUS requirements. Essential requirement : Experience with Injection Moulding equipment/process. Excellent attention to detail. Ability and willingness to learn. A good track record on quality issues. Desirable experience : FETAC level 6 or equivalent: in a relvant Technical or Trade level qualification.
