My Client, a reputable industrial cleaning company, is in need of an experienced Industrial Cleaning Manager to oversee their site based in Limerick. This is a full time- fixed term contract with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate. The desired manager would need to have previous experience working in Industrial Cleaning- specifically experience in GMP standards, have experience with facilities management and have overseen operatives in previous roles. The contract will be full time for the duration and will require a manager that will have flexibility in regards to some hours as business needs dictate. Some of the duties for the role include but are not limited to: -Development of strategic partnerships with key stakeholders on site. -Manage and develop client relationship and daily interaction. -recruiting, training, supervising and motivating cleaning staff; -inspecting completed work, controlling a budget, undertaking necessary administration and paperwork, pricing contracts; - Prioritise health and safety at all levels. -Staff rostering. The desired candidate will possess the following. - Previous experience of management in facilities or industrial cleaning. - Strong working knowledge of correct GMP standards. - A current manual handling certificate. - Previous pharmaceutical experience or experience working in a pharmaceutical environment would be desirable but not essential. - Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of operatives and ensuring that all needs of team members are seen to as required. - Highly organised and strong IT skills (Microsoft word, outlook, excel, etc.) - Experience in working to and achieving KPI's. - The ability to be available either immediately or at short notice as this contract needs to start ASAP.
