HR Officer Our client a leading company in the Mid-West is currently seeking an ambitious HR professional to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the HR function in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Updating and maintaining employee files. Effective onboarding programme for new employees - organising induction training with new employees. Liaising with management team regularly providing relevant reports. Full recruitment life cycle. Updating employee policies and procedures. Manage holiday requests in line with business requirement. Coaching and mentoring employees at all levels. Payroll Administration – Liaising with Finance closely to provide all required payroll information efficiently. Dealing with employee queries and advising best practice. Key Requirements: 2 years+ experience in a fast-paced HR role. Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice HR. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail.
