Our client a leading company in the Mid-West is currently seeking an ambitious HR professional to join their team.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the HR function in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining employee files

  • Effective onboarding programme for new employees - organising induction training with new employees

  • Liaising with management team regularly providing relevant reports

  • Full recruitment life cycle

  • Updating employee policies and procedures

  • Manage holiday requests in line with business requirement

  • Coaching and mentoring employees at all levels

  • Payroll Administration – Liaising with Finance closely to provide all required payroll information efficiently

  • Dealing with employee queries and advising best practice

    Key Requirements:

  • 2 years+ experience in a fast-paced HR role

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice HR

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment
